Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master in any discipline.
∎ Preference will be given to candidate with Textile Engineering Degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification of quality problems and be able to recommend solutions/CAP (Corrective Action Plan).
∎ Make sure that AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is properly maintained and all kinds of inspection reports meet the buyers' requirements before shipment of goods.
∎ Conduct/participate in the pre-production meeting, provide direction and technical guidelines for ensuring RFT (Right First Time) before bulk production.
∎ Maintain liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in the process, section-wise, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Maintains and improves product and operation quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support for the factory.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance and control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department and other supporting departments.
∎ Develop a plan, promote, facilitate, and organizes training activities for all respective persons related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making a recommendation for improvement as appropriate for the Garments factory.
∎ Responsible for buyers any quality inspection failing; final inspection, in-process/inline quality audit, and inspection.
∎ Responsible for customer (buyer) quality claim and giving on-time customer feedback in any quality issue.
∎ Responsible for all Technical Audit and implementation of customer technical requirements.
∎ To ensure all kinds of report maintaining (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) & report to top management.
∎ To ensure all kinds of safety issue With making individual guidelines as per buyer requirements for all buyer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have maximum or full Garments based experience will be given preference.
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
∎ Strong Knowledge in Knit Garments Manufacturing Processes, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
