Apparel, Floor/ Line Management, Inspection, Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ Monitor the finishing production target as per discussion with concerns & to realize the target with quality.
∎ Maintain liaison with sewing section regarding quality & quantity.
∎ Monitor the full team in case of problem Iron, folding & packing regarding production & quality.
∎ Take timely action if iron, Folding & packing alteration found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Responsible for strong finishing floor management.
∎ Responsible shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower
∎ Confirm the manpower setup as per lay out.
∎ Confirm the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ Maintain daily output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Analyze the product and monitor line feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Set the parameter of different finishing machine as per senior production manager/ general manager's instruction.
∎ Take corrective action for non conformance product.
∎ Monitoring terminal as per TNA.
∎ Any other assignment by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in Knit Composite Factory.
∎ Applicant should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ 24 hours factory monitoring by physical presence & telecommunication.
