Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily production activities to ensure production targets are met on time, with good quality and within the allocated budget.
∎ Develop and implement production plans and strategies to improve productivity and optimize production efficiency, ensuring maximum output with minimum waste.
∎ Improve and execute quality control procedures to ensure that all garments meet customer requirements and specifications.
∎ Collaborate with IE & Planning for line planning, process breakdown, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Closely monitoring of cutting, sewing and finishing to get best possible output from the production floor.
∎ Prepare & Implement Production SOPs and departmental KPI to make the existing manpower more efficient & productive.
∎ Ensure that all production activities maintain the proper compliance standard.
∎ Maintain and establish culture of following 5s in work place properly.
∎ Work closely with the fabric production and merchandising teams to ensure that all product specifications are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing large teams of production staff.
∎ Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other related tools.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
