∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology / B.Sc.in textile engineering.
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 19 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Technology, Knitting Production

Job Context:
∎ A leading 100% export oriented knit composite factory is searching energetic and honest leader for its knitting section.
∎ Job Location: Konabari,Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of knitting section.
∎ Plan & execute all knitting related activities to achieve maximum output through optimum utilization of man, machine & material as per defined KPI.
∎ Develop the Quality standard, rules, and regulations for achieving the quality of the fabric.
∎ Any other task assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Analytical Skills,Computer literacy, Knitting production.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge and experience in knitting of a large knit textile factory
∎ Have to knowledge on modern knitting automation, resource, utilization, production monitoring & reporting.
∎ The candidate should be intelligent, hardworking with decent personality & capable of leading the whole operation of knitting section.
