Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/Masters degree in any discipline (preferred on HRM).
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM ( PGDHRM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, HR Operations, Human Resource Management, Performance Appraisal Manageemrnt
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee and manage KPI-based performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process in time.
∎ Support current and future business needs development the manpower as human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment in all departments.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Oversee the overall HR Operational activities as a Unit Head.
∎ Ensure proper exit interviews for separated employees and take action accordingly.
∎ Any other responsibilities as required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in implementing KPI-based performance management would be added advantage.
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have a pleasant personality.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills & good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure & Can-do attitude, Able to take on challenges.

Salary: Negotiable
