Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline /MBA ( Major in HRM )
∎ Ex-Army/ Defence professionals with Post Graduate Diploma in HRM ( PGDHRM) will be highly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the Mining Project Operation plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the production but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when require.
∎ Good experience of recruitment, understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiating candidates.
∎ Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
∎ Lead in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
∎ Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
∎ Monitoring, evaluating and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Check, recommend & approve (As applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ To lead the HR & Admin team as well as supervise, manage and monitor the overall operational responsibilities of Mining project.
∎ Work with in close association with the top Management and the foreign experts.
∎ Work closely with the functions of Engineering, Finance, Security and production.
∎ Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
∎ Ensuring safety-security and compliance issues of the project and settling the issues upon discussion with the top Management.
∎ Oversee the required maintenance work in the project and maintain the records.
∎ To take up the active responsibility in Productivity Improvement in all aspect of production processes.
∎ Extending support to achieve production target according to the production plan.
∎ Dealing with local authority and law enforcement authority for any issues.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
