Experience:

Efficiently manage the company payroll system.
Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Manage performance evaluation systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and incentive programs.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, diversity, and engagement.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.
Ensure compliance with payroll management, benefits administration, and labor laws.
