Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic center to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ Coordinate and supervise medical staff including lab technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of test reports to patients.
∎ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all departments.
∎ Monitor stock levels of reagents, test kits, and other medical supplies.
∎ Handle patient queries, complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
∎ Coordinate with doctors and specialists when required for consultations.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and submit to management.
∎ Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and arrange for maintenance when needed.
