• Understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and other networking components, OLT Network, configure 1st, 2nd & 3rd Layer manageable switches, ensure secure and reliable connectivity across sites.

• Hands on experience of Server Management in Windows or Linux environment.

• Good knowledge of automation technology- CCTV, IP-TV, IP Telephony, CATV and Public Announcement System.

• Experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable and cost-effective storage and computing solutions.

• Knowledge of data center operations, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

• Proficiency in implementing and managing security protocols, firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.

• Awareness of compliance standards relevant to construction (e.g., ISO standards, GDPR for data protection).

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), managing resources, budgets, and scheduling.

• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) to support planning and collaboration on projects.

• Knowledge of tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project that assist in scheduling and project tracking.

• Understanding of CAD software to facilitate collaboration with design teams.

• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making, efficiency tracking, and cost management.

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to visualize and report data to stakeholders.

• Understanding of IoT applications in construction, such as sensor monitoring for equipment, tracking materials, and ensuring safety on-site.

• Proficiency in managing SQL or NoSQL databases for storing and retrieving project data.

• Experience with integrating data from multiple sources (ERP, IoT, BIM) to provide comprehensive insights.

• Understanding of APIs to integrate various construction software and systems.

• Knowledge of MDM solutions to support field teams who use tablets or smartphones on-site.

• Familiarity with tools for remote access, teleconferencing, and real-time collaboration, crucial for a dispersed workforce.

• Experience in managing relationships with software providers and service vendors to ensure seamless operation of IT systems.

• Ability to work closely with engineers, project managers, and other departments to understand their needs and support the company’s technical requirements effectively.

• Awareness of the latest tech trends in construction, like AI in project planning, AR/VR for site simulation, and blockchain for contract management.
