Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Masters in any discipline from any reputed public university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead production workforce and oversee operation of garments production.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations of the factories.
∎ Ensure daily production output, product Quality and on time shipment.
∎ Take necessary steps to track and optimize productivity maintaining high efficiency.
∎ Monitor operations and triggering immediate corrective actions.
∎ Ensure concerted efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain.
∎ Maintain cost effectiveness with reduced manpower and sustainable targeted operations.
∎ Ensure all requirements of buyers are met throughout production chain system.
∎ Ensure production chains are well maintained during audits of different buyers.
∎ Ensure production reports are timely given to top management.
∎ Ensure active participation in handling administrative issues of production department.
∎ Ensure commitment to environment, health & safety and good housekeeping.
∎ Give necessary technical solution to solve the difficulties.
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production & control number of reject garments.
∎ Coordinate with buyer's QA to ensure inspection of garments for on time shipment.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Production management
∎ Should be technically sound to coordinate production of Woven Garments (Tops & Bottom)
∎ Up to date knowledge on Garment related machinery/equipment
∎ Capable to handle 60-70 lines
