Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ Post Graduate/MBA in HRM will be preferred.
∎ ISO certified will be prioritize too.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and convey strategic plans and goals of the company.
∎ Sustainability & different Standard like- BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, HIGG, SLCP, ISO, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, Oekotex, Accord & Alliance/ Nirapon and RSC (Fire, Electrical, Structural).
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and timely communication with factory HR & Compliance team and also corporate office H.R, Compliance team to give feedback efficiently to our internal & external partners.
∎ Promote H.R program and elevate H.R & Compliance team to support resolving the problem.
∎ Create good and effective team work among the compliance and HR team of all the factory team members.
∎ Coordinating all senior management/Director(s) of the company.
∎ Monitoring with corporate office concern team members to get renewal all legal documents in timely manner in order to avoid any NC of each factory compliance audit.
∎ Adoptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Formulate and review different policies depending on the organizations requirement. Implement policies & regulations.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent speaking capacity and good communication skills in English while foreign Buyers, visitors/guests are visiting the factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Factory Rule-2015 with Amendment, Bangladesh EPZ Labor ordinance 2019, EPZ Labor Rules 2022 and last Minimum Wages for RMG & ILO.
∎ Sound Knowledge of audit requirements of Social, Technical, Safety.
