Educational Qualifications:
Must have a Graduate or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates who have passed BCS examinations.
Experience & Eligibility:
Candidate must be a retired officer of the Bangladesh Army or a retired officer from Civil Defence / Fire Service & Civil Defence Department.
Must have practical experience in senior positions such as Senior Officer, Inspector, or Supervisor in the respective department.
Proven experience in government protocols, security regulations, risk management, and coordination with various government offices is required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong skills in administrative planning, team management, and decision-making.
Ability to maintain office discipline and supervise staff performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Email, Report Writing).

Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and implement long-term business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Oversee overall company operations, performance, and profitability.
Identify new international markets and establish partnerships with foreign employers.
Business Development & Client Relations
Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients and establish new collaborations.
Lead contract negotiations, business proposals, and strategic agreements with global partners.
Represent the company in government meetings, embassies, and international delegations.
Operational Management
Supervise all departments — recruitment, documentation, visa processing, travel, and compliance.
Ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability in every stage of manpower export.
Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and financial performance.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Ensure full compliance with BMET, Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare, and overseas labor laws.
Implement and monitor internal policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Safeguard the company’s reputation through ethical business practices.
Team Leadership & Human Resource Management
Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with the company’s values and mission.

Financial Oversight
