Context:

The Super Shop General Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow, achieving sales targets, maintaining stock, and providing excellent customer service while managing and motivating the store team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure smooth operation of daily store activities.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and attractive product display in the store.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and control wastage.

• Supervise, train, prepare duty rosters, and evaluate staff performance.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports
