Job location : Gazipur / Valuka (Mymensingh).
A reputed export-based Sweaters Factory is looking for a competent candidate for the position of GM (Admin).
To maintain housekeeping and cleaning.
To look after the entire safety and security of the given areas. To give innovative ideas to improve security system to maintain a safe work environment.
To repairs all kinds of fixed asset and office inventory.
To give advance effort on observing through CCTV camera systems.
To maintain all govt. officer affairs.
To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises.
To ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office premises.
To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
To attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
To lead, appraise and train the security personnel.
To maintain buyer/auditor entertainment.
To operate all kinds of purchase of the factory.
To maintain staff vehicles and shipment cover vans.
To maintain canteen and officers dining.
To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
Maintain warehouse/ store shipment, loading, unloading.
To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
Have to take part in crisis management and close protection to the VIP of Group.
Using intelligence also has to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries.
Keep group management informed regarding the latest security-related matters and advice as demand necessary.
The candidate should have the capacity to make the factory complex always fully compliant as per different Buyers` requirements.
Responsible for maintaining Liaison with BGMEA, Fire & Civil Defense, BEPZA etc. Responsible for conducting health & safety related training and awareness program
Should have depth knowledge of Labor Law-2006.
Responsible for ensuring any other job assigned by top management.
Handling various case documents through legal officer.
As per company policy.
