Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA in HRM from any reputed institute/ University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in Textile Industry.
∎ Prepare, update and implement HR Policy and Job description of employees.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
∎ Organizing ACR.
∎ Organizing Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Development.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues,Disciplinary issues.
∎ Deal with all other HR related issues.
∎ Follow up compliance related task as well.
∎ Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law and ILO Convention relevant to Garments sector.
∎ Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
∎ Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
∎ Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits.
∎ Monitor Supervise & Coordinate all administrative, transport & overall logistics issue as per group policy.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Army officer (Lt. Col/Col) with intelligence background are encouraged to apply.
∎ Priority for those who were involved with Textile.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara,Gazipur .
∎ Excellent communication skill.
