Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ The ideal candidate should have Masters/Bachelor degree from reputed University. Preference will be given to candidates having Degree in Hospitality or related field
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Hospitality Management, Leadership, Organised, Stress Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall operational activities of Waterpolo ( Restaurant, Swimming Pools, Guest House, Outdoor Party Zone)
∎ Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with customer satisfaction and quality of services
∎ Overseeing the financial performance of the business, making adjustments to meet budget goals
∎ Be proactive in demonstrating pioneering role in the area of cost control and budgetary control in different areas of Operations.
∎ Managing the daily operations including ensuring that facilities are clean and well maintained
∎ Ensuring that all facilities and amenities are in good working order and ready for use by customers
∎ Conducting regular meetings with all departments to discuss business operations and identify issues that need attention
∎ Conducting interviews, hiring staff, and overseeing staff training to ensure employees are complying with company policies
∎ Determining staffing needs based on current and projected guest capacity, and hiring new employees when needed
∎ Creating marketing campaigns to promote the business's brand and increase sales
∎ Ensure obtaining and time to time renewal of all licenses/permission/certificates from the concerned govt. authority required for operation.
∎ Motivate and boost-up morale of the employees of operational department through close interaction and briefing their contribution to the business operation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Hotel Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
∎ Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
∎ Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner
