Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Production Management (Washing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all the Wet process and preparation phases necessary to produce (washing) a costume within the allotted time.
∎ Monitor Wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the Wet process section.
∎ Increase productivity and reduce labor costs, through proper utilization of chemicals and updating information .
∎ Aim at minimum rejection of garments.
∎ Plan to reduce wastage at Wet process stage saving chemicals.
∎ Maintain good liaison with all the buying offices.
∎ Must take care of all production related issues of washing plant:
∎ Have to communicate with factories and buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience in Washing Plant.
∎ Must have strong Management capability.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of production as well as washing planning.
∎ Must be capable to handle critical situations.
∎ Should have good knowledge about washing machine, different washing procedures, and chemical action.
∎ Have to work independently.
Salary: Negotiable
