Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have the ability to develop new customer specially for US & South America market.
∎ Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyer..
∎ Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumption, product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders.
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Have to do overseas & local marketing and correspondence with excellence.
∎ Ensure and co-ordinate the Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning team activities in order to achieve monthly and yearly target.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers.
∎ Follow-up on purchase orders, internal orders and costing sheets, product development and shipment.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyer, send the sample on time and follow up on any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer.
∎ Ensure excellent communication with Buyer for any technical clarification, when is required
∎ Plan for new season sampling and production orders.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Prepare SOP of the merchandising team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing activities of export oriented Garments products in reputed manufacturing companies and dealing with USA & South America buyers.
∎ Should be excellent in English, both oral and written.
∎ Foreign nationals may also apply.
Salary: Negotiable
