∎ Industrial Engineer/Production Engineer/B. Sc in Textile Engineering (Major in Apparel/ Garments Manufacturing Technology is highly preferable)
∎ (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for production planning & controlling.
∎ Ensure that products with required standard are produced & deliver on time.
∎ Technical support to all the departments of manufacturing.
∎ Providing guidelines & advices to all team members.
∎ Timely review of order status with marketing department on running order and future projections.
∎ Holding customers order status and to get updated on the urgent Production issues to make necessary action plans.
∎ Reviews the factory performance to make future plans to increase the productivity and quality of the product.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production & Factory Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments
∎ Working experience in Knit Garments Factory
∎ Applicant must have skill on team work, work under pressure along with positive attitude.
∎ 15 to 20 years experience in RMG sector with minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
∎ Goal oriented, good communication and collaborative skills, critical thinking and problem solving, leadership skills, positive and proactive approach to work, planning and organizational ability
