Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering with MBA in Marketing from an internationally reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee Company's Automotive and Industrial sales activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
∎ Identify and establish selling strategies and opportunities to achieve the sales target.
∎ Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build business.
∎ Plan and assign daily workload to sales team.
∎ Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having at least 05 years working experience in similar position with multinational companies will be preferred
∎ Ideally a candidate should be self motivated, creative, and hard working with team spirit
∎ He should be non-smoker and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bengali and English are required
∎ Candidate should preferably have a valid driving license for car and motorcycle

Salary: Negotiable
