Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 02 years experience in lubricants or chemical manufacturing industry
∎ Ideally a candidate should be self motivated, creative, and hard working with team spirit
∎ He/she should be non-smoker and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bengali and English are required
∎ Candidate should preferably have a valid driving license for cars and motorcycles

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand internal manufacturing processes to produce quality product
∎ Execute various project activities to achieve development objectives in the framework of the organization product development process
∎ Maintain proper documentation of technical and experimental activities in laboratory and machine trials
∎ Conceptualize formulations to meet customer needs, test and evaluate chemistry against specifications. Troubleshoot development as necessary
∎ Write and perform test protocols based on customer end usage
∎ Visit customer sites to understand customer's end-product usage to achieve the best quality
