∎ Experience: At least 02 years working with ERP System
∎ In-depth knowledge of major ERP platforms (e.g. ZAB, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
∎ Strong understanding of business processes across departments such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing
∎ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
∎ Leadership and team management capabilities.
∎ He/she should be a non-smoker

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management of ERP systems.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and optimize business processes.
∎ Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal IT staff.
∎ Train users and develop documentation for ERP applications.
∎ Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and security within the ERP environment.
∎ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
∎ Oversee data migration, integration, and system configurations.
∎ Develop and enforce policies for ERP usage, access control, and data security.
∎ Ensure ERP systems comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support personnel.
