∎ Proficiency and fluency in English is must.
∎ Working in outerwear, sportswear.
∎ Handling minimum 75 production lines.
∎ Handling global brands like Hugo Boss, TNF, Timberland, NAPA, Gergio Armani, Lululemon, Columbia, etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define, develop, and implement the company's overall quality strategy for garment production.
∎ Lead and develop a sizable team of QA, QC, responsible for all quality related activities/issues, and ensure adherence to quality systems and standards.
∎ Set up and monitor quality KPIs, analyzing trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues & innovatively establish zero defect in the factories.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Maintains and improves product and operation quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support for the factory.
∎ Responsible for buyers any quality inspection, final inspection, in-process/inline quality audit, and inspection for your assigned area.
∎ Responsible for customer (buyer) quality claim and giving on-time customer feedback in any quality issue for your assigned area.
∎ Adopting professional strategies, ensuring overall growth of the section by ensuring quality of production and achievement of given targets through optimal participation of workers in the workplace.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Ensure all QA staffs are trained on any new procedure/requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ Lead buyer audits and third-party inspections, ensuring compliance with customer-specific quality standards.
∎ Manage quality across raw materials, in-line production, and final product inspections.
∎ Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with production, merchandising, technical, and compliance teams to prevent and resolve quality issues.
∎ Drive vendor and supplier quality improvements through audits, training, and performance reviews.
∎ Ensure training, development, and performance evaluation of QA staff at all levels.
