Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master Degree holder.
∎ Preference will be given to candidate with IE or Textile Engineering Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finishing, Garments Cutting, IE, Printing, Production, Quality, SEWING, WASHING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and manage the production & sample teams.
∎ To ensure timely shipment.
∎ To monitor and improve worker performance.
∎ Provide technical support when required.
∎ To liaison with merchandising & planning department as required.
∎ Follow up Wash/Print/Embroidery supply.
∎ Introduce and implement Modern Production Technics.
∎ Report to management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership/Commanding ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-fame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well- organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
