Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning the daily targets for the department and managing resources to safely manufacture good quality brick (Solid Brick & other Clay) products, at efficient cost, whilst ensuring excellent product management.
∎ To make ensure product reliability, quality, safety & strength from existing performance whilst developing maximum capabilities.
∎ Developing the safety, quality control systems, product costing minimize systems and evaluates, recommends to change in method or procedures to improve quality and quantity at a maximum level.
∎ Spearheading the Research and develop into new products especially of bricks and other special clay products by minimum manufacturing consummation (manpower, machine & materials).
∎ Planning and organization skills to be able to run and monitor the production process from critical situations.
∎ To make ensure by manufacturing more than 95% of "Number & Picket" quality from total manufactured units on each day along with reduction broken of green products & finished bricks.
∎ Monitoring the green production in production period and to make proper plan for dryer pushing along with dryer temperature and with kiln loading.
∎ Ability to reduce production cost & submit monthly budget to the management
∎ Maintain the kiln temperature of tunnel & Hoffman kiln for product development
∎ Maintain the dryer temperature of tunnel & Hoffman dryer for proper drying of green bricks
∎ Proper utilization of production Manpower
∎ The ability to deal with communicate clearly and persuasively with your team and clients, if necessary.
∎ Time to time communication with the SCM/ Procurement team for retained materials and other aspects and with maintenance team for solving machinery matters.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines for product manufacturing as per sales team demand.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
