∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Leadership, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Brick

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients
∎ Frequent market visits, relationship building, negotiation with target customer and ensure long term profitable growth of the organizations
∎ Fulfill the monthly sales target ( Minimum 5 lac pcs bricks per month)
∎ Carry out frequent field visits to ensure/inspection customer conversion.
∎ Result oriented personality
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Identify the strategies and policies with the implementation to increase sales
∎ Sourcing the sales opportunities and marketing potentialities
∎ Prepare sales forecast & market analysis as per requirement of top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Process excellent understanding, written and oral communication in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Leadership Capability & Motivational personality
∎ Experience in Auto Bricks Company will be highly encouraged to apply
