Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and follow up the Sampling, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Q.C Section.
∎ Review the weekly order.
∎ To follow up the maintenance of machines, tools, and other equipment's.
∎ Have to maintain a plan to achieve the target as per Company activities.
∎ Capable to supervise, guide, control and motivate the workers.
∎ Capable to handle complete sewing garments all activities.
∎ Well experienced about quality garments.
∎ Operation wise hourly production & price knowledge.
∎ Capable to maintain all types of sewing Quality Goods.
∎ Keep Record for per-production meeting.
∎ Maintain Shipment schedule.
∎ Receives order plan and order sheet.
∎ Prepare apparel production plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ Receive material status against each order and will monitor progress of material received.
∎ Receive approved sample, swatch card against order sheet.
∎ Ensure apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output.
∎ Coordinate with Quality Manager so that defective of faulty goods are not produced.Provide job assignment to supervisors and other subordinates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12-15 years' experience in garments/apparel industry where at least 5 years in the senior management position.
∎ Require Woven (Men's Tops & Ladies Tops) related experience
∎ Experience in the following areas: Floor/ Line Management, Health/ Safety & Fire, Inspection, Labor Counseling, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit
∎ Strong analytical, thinking and planning skills
∎ Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to resolve issues between teams of professionals and technical managers are also essential for this position
