Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an annual business plan, monitor progress against these plans also design & implement business strategies, to ensure that the company meets business objectives cost-effectively and efficiently
∎ Responsible for the development of the strategic operational plan and monitoring the budgetary control, cost control, growth planning, and fiscal & revenue management for profit maximization
∎ Organize, direct and control the FMCG business operations through team members and delegate their duties with empowerment also oversee all departments of both Head office and Factory activities for optimum performance and guidance
∎ Reporting to the Managing Director and advising the department head/line manager/supervisor of the company on key issues and the overall activities of the company and also monitoring the coordination among all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
∎ Will lead the Flour, Brun, Mastered oil, lentil, or FMCG operational and sales activities that ensured business growth through excellent service, and cost-effective services that are innovative and responsive according to the requirements of stakeholders.
∎ Strategizing supply chain/Logistics/Distribution networking, production management, product innovation & renovation, resources management, project work, and people development to ensure smooth operations that aligned annual business plans and meet the sales targets.
∎ Ensure effective systems, processes, and performance management arrangements are in place to deliver high standards of performance and the quality of customer services.
∎ Motivate lead and direct employees to ensure continued leadership development and professionalism.
