Job Role: We are looking for an Operation GM for our Star Line Special Ltd. who will be responsible for operating total business of about 300 buses, 50 bus counters and others departments related to the unit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operation works related to paribahan in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost

• Manage inventory, transportation and other logistics processes

• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.

• Diagnosing malfunctions and conducting repairs to a variety of vehicle equipment.

• Coordinating, supervising and participating in the repair and schedule maintenance of TATA, ASHOK LEYLAND, HINO buses, truck, car etc.

• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements

• Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers

• Meeting maintenance schedules within time limit.

• Coordinating activities with other maintenance sections.

• Maintaining effective working relationships with others.

• Maintaining records and preparing reports as per requirements.

• Supervising, training and evaluating performance of subordinates.

• Any other relevant task assigned by the employer.
