Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and achieve key performance targets for sales, delivery, cost, expenses, procurement, commercial, production, quality, distribution & logistics and other measurements of operational performance. Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to executive management decisions and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.
∎ Production Planning: Responsible for efficient lead of Quality production and achievement of standards in respect of Productivity yields and Capacity utilization.
∎ Maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
∎ Cost Control: Implement cost-effective measures in production processes without compromising quality, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.
∎ Technology Integration: Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance production processes, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
∎ Develop and maintain a financial framework that allows for effective and timely financial reporting, management reporting, and compliance with statutory obligations. Conduct monthly financial review meetings, perform sales forecasting, develop and approve departmental budgets and capital expenditure budgets, and manage the company's Gross Profit and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
∎ Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production.
∎ Develop and execute operational strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
∎ Manage and supervise all production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operations.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
∎ Manage and control production costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Research and development for improvement of product quality & quantity.
∎ Maintain and improve Production & Technical quality by effective, Establishing SOP, compliance, and technical support for the factory.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MBA/ M.Tech
∎ Proper knowledge in Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring, to meet production timelines and quality benchmarks.
∎ Exposure to Blow molding & Injection molding Technology & Production.
∎ Very deep huge knowledge in this field of plastic injection molding.
∎ Have experience in Production planning, Material planning and machinery planning, moulding machine Industrial Equipment / machinery (Machine Tools)
∎ Have experience in operation with exposure of bearings / industrial / automobile/Plastic industry etc.
∎ Experience in spare parts environment, or preferably previous experience in the bearing and power transmission industry.
∎ Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
∎ Have the desire to develop your current knowledge and skills.
∎ A willingness to work in a team environment.
