∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the marketing & merchandising activities including price quoting, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers
∎ Supervise a team of highly skilled Merchandisers and production teams including quality, planning, in order to secure business, monitor overall order tracking and on-time delivery.
∎ Keep an excellent communication with the buyer.
∎ Co-ordinate customers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Ensures all products/new projects are engineered and developed to meet targets while ensuring that appropriate product value is maintained and shipped according to customer requirements.
∎ Distinguished contributions in implementation of SOPs for Marketing, Cross Functional Dept. & Factory head to manage critical path to improvise on time business execution.
∎ Make plan for next season business according to product category. Also make strategically business plan to support management goal.
∎ Planning of Product Merchandising, Strategic and Assortment Planning of entire range. Review the merchandise plans on a periodic basis to ensure profit is maximized and maintained to reach target.
∎ Supervising liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure shipments are completed properly.
∎ Participating in promotional activities and forecasting order levels.
∎ Meeting buyers and negotiating the terms of contract of buyer’s policy.
∎ Develop improvement plans, produce monthly reports to and research product implementation.
∎ As product owner following-up client account from order inquiry to shipment inventory and supply chain
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the top management.
∎ The candidate must have excellent practical knowledge on Merchandising activities with any renowned RMG Industry or accessories.
∎ To make costing, TNA, Material sourcing.
∎ Must be a team player with excellent leadership skill.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ To follow-up with planning/ production/ commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.

∎ Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with solid marketing and merchandising experience.
∎ Skills to Innovate & implement the new ways to the business structure to reduce the production cost and maximum profit.
∎ Systematic & organized approach, clear planner.
