Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development or enhancement of the company`s marketing & Sales plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
Implement strategies to execute the marketing plan effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing plans with their goals and ensure seamless coordination.
Foster communication and cooperation among departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Evaluate competitors` strategies and market positioning to inform the company`s marketing efforts and gain a competitive advantage.
Oversee product development initiatives to ensure alignment with market demand and customer preferences. Collaborate with product development teams to enhance offerings and meet customer needs.
Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing insights and recommendations to overall organizational strategies. Advocate for the priorities of the marketing and sales function and promote a culture of strategic thinking and innovation.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, IT and other external partners to optimize product development processes, ensure timely delivery, enhance branding efforts, and improve overall company operations while controlling costs.
Develop and implement annual marketing plans for various marketing and sales groups.
Provide budget analysis and best practices to support the effective implementation of marketing plans.
Maintain and enhance the company`s brand identity in the marketplace through advertising, public relations, and other branding initiatives.
Oversee advertising campaigns, press releases, website content, and other communication materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Lead the design, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns. Utilize insights from market trends and customer behavior to optimize digital marketing campaigns and allocate resources effectively.
Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. This may include traditional advertising methods as well as digital marketing strategies.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
