Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Interior Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the Real Estate and Interior sectors, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver customized interior solutions that meet client needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design projects.

  • Meet and consult with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.

  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and design solutions.

  • Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, and individual customers.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.

  • Maintain a client database and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitable project outcomes.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations in the interior industry.

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the management.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
