∎ For Ranka Denim Textile Mills Ltd.
∎ Root Group of Companies is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh specialized in the Textile, RMG, Fertilizer & Advanced Poultry/ Fish Feeds Sector is inviting application for its sister concern "Ranka Denim Textile Mills Limited" as `General Manager (Marketing and Sales, Denim and Non-Denim Fabrics)` for the deserving candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good product knowledge and customer base to sell at least 4-5 lac yard denim fabric per month.
∎ Must have leadership qualities.
∎ Establishing and maintaining identification and traceability requirement.
∎ Analyzing product and process performance form the measurement process to identify an area for improvement.
∎ Coordinate with buyer & merchant.
∎ Follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines.
∎ Client presentation with a business confirmation.
∎ Managing day to day operation from bottom to the top level.
∎ Maintain the new statistics and marketing system.
∎ Product development, costing & negotiation.
∎ Follow up delivery on regular basis for a different client.
∎ Follow up the maturity & payment for different buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
