Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Marketing & Business Development of the company.
∎ Must have the ability to plan & execute orders from his/ her own sources (buyer).
∎ Meet the monthly target (0.5 Million Pcs / Month) and creation of a new market for expanding and also develop business plan for setting up target on quarterly and annual basis.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth Business.
∎ Enhance product line, market & range of buyers etc.
∎ Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result of product to be marketed.
∎ Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitor's activities and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Understand the pricing with customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the correct samples within time and quality, provide technical guidance related to pattern and sample making to sample supervisor/ sample man.
∎ Meeting with marketing, Merchandising, Operation & Planning team on regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have very sound technical knowledge of marketing in Knit garments with minimum experiences of 10-15 years in knit composite garments
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management;
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well understanding about the Industrial Engineering and Work Study.
∎ Well understanding about the ERP systems.
∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will be an added advantage.
∎ Preference will be given if having experience with the reputed US market brands.
Salary: Negotiable
