Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Marketing, Merchandising & Business Development of the company (Either in WOVEN OR KNIT)
∎ Develop Business plan for setting up target on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ Enhance product line, market & range of buyers etc.
∎ Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result of product to be marketed.
∎ Follow up with planning/production.
∎ Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitor’s activities and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Understand the pricing with customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the correct samples within time and quality, provide technical guidance related to pattern and sample making to sample supervisor/ sample man.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management;
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well understanding about the Industrial Engineering and Work Study.
∎ Well understanding about the ERP systems.
∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will be an added advantage.
∎ Preference will be given if having experience with the following buyers: INDITEX, PVH, NEXT, M&S, Reputed US market brands etc.
∎ Preference will be given if having knowledge in Jacket/Outerwear marketing.
Salary:
