∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Factory Administration, HR Compliance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for HR Management, Recruitment, Administration(Safety & Security), Attendance, Overtime Authorization and Management, Leave Management Compensation/Benefits, Payroll, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Entire Factory Management, etc.
∎ Face all kinds of audits as per COC and prepare/make ready documents and keep updated regularly.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
∎ Address employee-related issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures at per law.
∎ Maintain healthy relations with other organizations for better functioning of the organization.
∎ Formulate and review different policies depending on the organization's requirements. Implement policies & regulations.
∎ Ensure WPC management, counseling, and motivation of workers.
∎ Directly responsible for Work activities of BSCI, ACCORD, ISO, WRAP, and other certification programs.
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferring Retired defense officer not less than Major or Colonel.
