Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking
∎ FCA, FCMA, CPA, ACCA part qualified with adequate experience may also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the parent company regarding profitability, inflow generation, creditor’s position, due from parent company (Trade receivables) and worker's payments.
∎ Preparation and finalization of statutory financial statements for audit in compliance with BAS/BFRS, Companies Act 1994 and general guidelines of the parent company.
∎ Preparation of Annual Business Plan (operational budget) for the next financial year covering all overheads and inflows, finalization in consultation with top management, updating the budget in SAP and ensuring its proper implementation throughout the organization.
∎ Budgetary control to ensure actual expenses are in line with the annual budget, weekly and monthly variance analysis of actual and budgeted costs with proper explanations.
∎ Ensuring proper internal controls are in place and functioning effectively.
∎ Fund/ Cash Flow management and forecasting for forward cover/ option booking.
∎ Preparation of projected financial statements for outside stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring applicable laws/regulations/ compliance are met with related to minimum wages etc.
∎ Prepare feasibility reports and business proposals for submission to banks and financial institutions for new projects of the company.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, CapEx management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Oversee the Accounts Department.
∎ Maintain professional liaison with banks and other financing institutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
∎ Experience in Garment industry is mandatory
