Responsibilities & Context:
Ø Overseeing full operations from cutting to finishing, ensuring products meet customer specifications.
Ø Reducing "Bucket Loss" to improve the QCO process, cutting learning curve time from 6 days to 3 days.
Ø Maintaining a 99%+ cut-to-ship ratio to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
Ø Designing and implementing efficient factory layouts and workstation plans.
