Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to manage the whole Technical Department (Network Operation Center - NOC, Support & Transmission).
∎ Must have to have strong expertise level for IT Business Planning and implementation.
∎ Have to have a clear concept regarding CISCO, Juniper, Mikrotik routing and switching configuration and also have to have workable knowledge regarding other well-known brands in the market.
∎ Have to have workable knowledge on Radius, Log Server, DNS, FTP, HTTP and mail server and must have to have the ability to configure.
∎ Have to have real and updated information regarding Dhaka and Nationwide Transmission.
∎ Have to have good knowledge regarding Reseller, Corporate & Home User business.
∎ Have to have the ability to analyze and come up with a proper solution for related problems.
∎ Have to have the expertise to solve any kinds of Data Center related problems within the shortest possible time.
∎ Have to have the current information regarding the market price of Bandwidth.
∎ Have to design the competitive monthly internet package by analyzing other ISPs ' packages from the existing market.
∎ Have to negotiate with IIGs for the bandwidth price.
∎ Have to have knowledge regarding the Passive Network and also have to be an expert in configuring the passive network device.
∎ Have to be capable to negotiate with NTTNs regarding the price issue.
∎ Have to have good knowledge regarding Cache Server operation.
∎ Have to be familiar with the CTO community of related fields and maintain strong networking.
∎ Have to have good knowledge regarding the overall IT market and related hardware & Software available in the market.
∎ Have to ensure 24/7 Support & Service with roster duty schedule follow-up.
∎ Have to do meetings with the unhappy clients (IT Managers) and take proper initiative to solve the problems ASAP.
∎ Have to ensure Auto failover DR.
∎ Submit monthly reports to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to have proven IT track record.
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other facilities according to the company policy.
