Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 10+ years in Technical Outerwear garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a GM/DGM role.
∎ Skills:
∎ Strong leadership, Strategic planning and Execution.
∎ In-depth knowledge in Manufacturing plant operation, rules & regulations of Export Processing Zone.
∎ In – Depth understanding on Compliance protocol and local Labor Code.
∎ In-Depth understanding on Technical outerwear and its technicalities such as Breakdown, line layout protocols and related industrial engineering.
∎ In-Depth understanding on related machineries and equipment’s.
∎ Proficiency in ERP software & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Language: Fluent in English & Bengali (spoken and written).
∎ Experience: 10+ years in Technical Outerwear garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a GM/DGM role.

∎ Job Summary:
∎ The GM– Operation is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Factory operations, ensuring seamless coordination with the management for entire operation, production execution, worker management & compliance.
