Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have additional training in Washing, Industrial Engineering, HR, mechanical or any other form of certifications related to the ready made garments industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with management for all operations of the plant
∎ Coordinate with all concerned departments (Merchandising, Quality, Technical, Maintenance, HR and Compliance) for smooth operations.
∎ Ensuring daily production plan and target is achieved in Cutting, Sewing, Wash and Finishing.
∎ Ensuring daily KPIs such as Efficiencies, SMV and DHU thresholds are achieved.
∎ Monitor production on an hourly basis in each section
∎ Must delegate responsibilities to supervisory staff on their targets and monitor and facilitate them to achieve their KPIs.
∎ Optimize output from workers
∎ Maintaining buyer quality standards.
∎ Reduce waste in production
∎ Ensure low worker turnover
∎ Ensure floor safety standards are maintained
∎ Ensure that production floor is always neat and clean.
∎ Ensure subordinates participates in all training sessions.
∎ Ensure proper communication with all relevant departments and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have experience handling renowned customers.
∎ Must be familiar with modern production systems and should be able to do efficient line layouts in an cost effective manner.
∎ Computer literacy is a requirement and should be able to operate email, MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Must demonstrate sufficient knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law.
∎ Must have training in healthy and safety.
∎ Must have knowledge on RSC (formerly ACCORD) and Nirapon (formerly Alliance) requirements on worker safety training.
∎ Minimum 10 years in ready made garment industry and must have good knowledge in shirt, jacket and pant (denim & non denim) manufacturing.
∎ Job Location: Tongi, Gazipur.

∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable subject to education, experience level and impression created during the interview.
