Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA and BBA in Business Administration with good academic record Preferred from Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Tele Marketing, Documentation, Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure required service on time to customer for increasing their satisfaction along with increase company reputation.
∎ Initiate improve the customer service by developing existing service procedure for enhancing customer satisfaction.
∎ Moderate/develop the service skill/procedure with changing situation to minimize customer claim/complaints.
∎ Supervise & follow up the daily activities of team members in right track to ensure complete targeted task on time.
∎ Attend to customer questions, complains and facilitate satisfactory resolution as and when required.
∎ Receive complaints from clients, resolve in accordance with company policy and management decision as well as to make the clients' feel well.
∎ Maintain long term relationship with valued clients and to bring referral customers to progress the business.
∎ Monitor the preparation of "Case Study" for Approval for Handover, Deus before Registration, Approval for Registration, Amount Adjustment, Dues before Name Transfer, Sales Refund.
∎ Obtain the approval from Management for Name Transfer, Sales refund, Unit cancellation, Amount adjustment, Address change and any other that relates to customer service in time.
∎ Ensure letters issue regarding Grand opening, Parking allotment etc.
∎ Monitor and verify the certificates that are demanded by customers, for City Corporation, Financial Institute etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Functional Competencies: (Technical and Professional Knowledge and Skills for the Role)
∎ Practical knowledge on customer services & the procedure.
∎ Sound knowledge on sales process, payment procedure, agreement, loan procedure, area calculation/measurement, utility connection and handover procedure.
∎ Advance MS Excel knowledge
∎ Leadership Competencies:
