Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE or Mechanical, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Build connect with existing clients within assigned area through regular client visits to identify and follow-up on potential sales opportunities.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Exhibit a high degree of motivation, energy, and creativity working in a fast-paced organization with management experience, preferably in sales or marketing
∎ Understanding of sales process and best practices - preferably within a direct, B2B inbound/outbound sales environment.
∎ Experience with sales management and lead gen software tools (examples include: SFDC, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc)
∎ Build data-driven, scenario-based models to evaluate business impact of all types of strategic and business development initiatives (e.g., new business models, partnerships, investments, acquisitions, etc.)
∎ Selling in key campaigns to strategic targets of the sector and practice.
∎ Support the strategic planning process and strategy reviews.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 8 years proven track record in sales and business development, specifically in Fire Protection Systems/ Security System Industries.
∎ Strong knowledge of the Fire Protection industry within KSA
∎ Sound knowledge of Building & Fire Safety Standards of Accord, Alliance, BNBC and NFPA.
∎ Ability to present concepts and articulate business values to c-level executives and key decision makers
∎ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
∎ Strong collaboration and team work skills.
