Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth production as per estimate in units and proper factory organogram to be prepared.
∎ Ensure factory safety & security.
∎ To maintain house-keeping in the factory & surrounding.
∎ Coordinate between all the departments and also take any initiative for the betterment of all units and liaison with supporting department.
∎ To make maximum utilization of resources (human resource, raw material, machinery & other resources) through minimizing/avoiding wastage & inefficiency.
∎ Ensure that all machines, including utilities run at optimum speed and efficiency.
∎ To ensure continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of subordinates through motivation, supervision, counseling, control & training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 65 years
