Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to prudently execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Ensure production and shipment as per factory plan.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
∎ Ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Ensure timely selection & placement.
∎ Handle all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP and others certifications Audit.
∎ Maintain & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal document.
∎ Organize administrative activities and work methods to increase productivity.
∎ Ensure Vehicle Management, Surveillance and Security.
∎ Ensuring the practice of Labor Laws in the organization.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Educate and train factory security team & housekeeping team on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Raise/make requisition for HR, admin & Compliance audit purpose and follow it up.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
