Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in Accounts.
∎ CA (CC) can also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect book of accounts following accepted accounting procedures to record transactions properly and efficiently.
∎ Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable instruments/securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate.
∎ Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
∎ To check books of records such as cashbooks, bank books, subsidiary ledgers, store ledgers etc.
∎ Checking company Accounts and Financial Control systems.
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
∎ Conducting audit of all types of payments, incentives, employee benefits, arrear, or unpaid salary wages.
∎ Perform routine audit work in factories of the group.
∎ Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on audit findings under the leadership of CFO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Woven or Knit base Garment Industry.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment.
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred.
∎ Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English.
