Job Context:
∎ Robintex Group is a renowned RMG company in Bangladesh. It is a joint venture of Bangladesh - Germany, located at Vulta, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. The company is looking for a dynamic professional as the Garments Analyzer in IE & Planning Department.
∎ Job Location: Factory Site
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate SMV on garments sketch for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.
∎ Determine standard minute value to set up production target and planning.
∎ Make final layout for bulk production.
∎ Work to enhance line balancing.
∎ Make style wise line balancing report (before & after) for buying house.
∎ Prepare and maintain style wise layout and OB (operation breakdown).
∎ Recommend the best methods of space, manpower, material and equipment utilization in production facilities.
∎ Maintain record for time study data.
∎ Ensure optimum use of man, machine, material and method.
∎ Perform on the5S management system.
∎ Attend P.P meeting with production staff.
∎ Participate the daily & monthly production meeting for every new style.
∎ Apply industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency.
∎ Calculate fabric & thread consumption.
∎ Observe the processes and develop idea for method improvement for production floor.
∎ Participate in the running productivity improvement projects i.e. GEP (Global Efficiency Development Project) and JIT (Just in time) maintain necessary coordinating tasks as assigned by management.
∎ Provide train on method improvement, line balancing and layout preparation to floor IE officers and line chiefs.
∎ Coordinate with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency.
∎ Coordinate among the different sections of IE and production departments to collect necessary data for analysis.
∎ Prepare and modify monthly analysis reports with required updates and submit to section/ department head.
∎ Assist IE & Planning team in conducting Capacity Analysis based on booking status and analyzed performance.
∎ Produce necessary analysis report on demand of management.
∎ Take part with ERP section in developing and modifying IE related modules as per company's demand.
∎ Be responsible for any other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
