Education:
∎ Bachelor's degree in International Relationship, Social Work, Development Studies, Fundraising, English or any related field (preferably a master's degree).

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years of fundraising experience in any INGOs and UN Agencies.
∎ Previous experience in sales or marketing also acceptable.
∎ Sound knowledge of the NGOs, Philanthropy and Charity sector.
∎ Experience managing a team.
∎ Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills in English.
∎ Previous project proposal (PP) writing skill for climate change, Disabilities issues, women and children issues, Rohingya Refugee issues, Income Generating Activities, Agriculture, youth development program, education and training, health, gender issues and any other present issues will be extra qualifications.
∎ Preference will be given Women, persons with disabilities and tribal.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This involves creating a comprehensive plan to reach fundraising goals, including identifying target audiences, developing messaging, and selecting appropriate fundraising channels.
∎ Cultivating relationships with donors, both individual and corporate (CSR), through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized engagement.
∎ This can include events like marathon, campaign, DDEF emergency appeals for the persons with disabilities highlighting them with special abilities towards the future leadership growth, walks, auctions, and other fundraising initiatives.
∎ Researching and applying for grants and sponsorships from various funding sources, as well as cultivating relationships with grant-makers.
∎ Tracking fundraising data, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
∎ Working closely with marketing, communications, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and effective messaging.
∎ Creating and managing fundraising campaigns, including online appeals, social media outreach, and direct mail campaigns.
∎ Creating and managing a fundraising budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring responsible use of funds.
∎ Disable Development & Educational Foundation (DDEF) is looking for a Fundraising Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to raise financial support for a nonprofit organization, charity, or cause.
∎
∎ H/She will identify potential donors, build relationships, and organize fundraising campaigns and events to achieve specific financial goals.
∎
∎ Key responsibilities include managing fundraising process documentation and practices, applying for grants, and tracking progress toward fundraising targets.
∎
∎ Barguna and Barisal One field visit per month.
