∎ Working experience in maintaining accounts on Odoo & other integrated ERP systems.
∎ Good working knowledge in MS office - excel, word, power point etc.
∎ Very good written and oral communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and co-ordination skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have sound knowledge for preparing several documents Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
∎ Gathering and analyzing client requirements to understand their business processes thoroughly.
∎ Collaborating with clients to identify, document, and prioritize functional specifications for Odoo ERP implementations.
∎ Configuring Odoo modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
∎ Collaborating with technical teams for data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
∎ Ensuring high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough testing, identifying, and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Preparing user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective system utilization.
∎ Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing their queries, issues, and enhancement requests.
∎ Collaborating with the support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
∎ Staying updated with Odoo ERP developments, best practices, and industry trends.
∎ Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing functionalities and propose process improvements to clients.
∎ As a Functional Analyst specializing in Odoo ERP software, you will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements and translating them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to design, configure, and implement customized Odoo modules. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of Odoo ERP solutions, enabling businesses to optimize their operations and enhance productivity.
∎ Your key responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
